Using ExamPath Pro
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, copy or redistribute protected material, interfere with the platform, or use ExamPath Pro to cheat on a live or proctored examination.
Educational purpose
ExamPath Pro provides independent study and practice material. We do not guarantee admission, certification, licensure, a particular score, or any examination result. ExamPath Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party exam owners unless explicitly stated.
Purchases and access
Prices and the access level are shown before purchase. Unless a different period is clearly displayed, a single-exam purchase provides seven days of access after payment is confirmed and can be renewed. Subscriptions and administrator-granted access may follow different limits shown in your account.
Content and intellectual property
ExamPath Pro and its licensors retain rights in the platform and published content. Your personal study records remain associated with your account. If you submit material, you confirm that you have permission to do so and grant ExamPath Pro the rights needed to store and process it for the requested service.
Availability and account action
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Accounts may be restricted for security risks, nonpayment, unlawful activity, misuse, or violation of these terms. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, ExamPath Pro is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to support@exampath.online.
