Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ExamPath Pro collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number, institution, and registration number when you provide it. We also store exam activity, saved attempts, answers, scores, access purchases, and support messages. Basic technical information such as browser type, device data, IP address, and security logs may be processed when you use the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, provide exam access, save progress, calculate results, process and verify purchases, respond to support requests, send important account notices, prevent abuse, and improve ExamPath Pro. We do not sell personal information.
Study activity and recommendations
When you use questions, quizzes, exams, flashcards, explanations, and results, ExamPath Pro records meaningful learning activity and active study time. Tracking pauses when a study page is hidden, offline, or idle, so abandoned tabs are not treated as study. We use this information to save progress, calculate study streaks and performance, recommend what to study next, and improve the learning experience. You can change optional study, performance, content, and promotional email choices from your profile's email-preferences page.
Service providers
ExamPath Pro uses trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database services, transactional email, and optional automated content processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. Content submitted for automated processing may be sent to a configured service provider; student profile data is not intentionally included in those content-preparation requests.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update available profile information in your account or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages, but essential security and account notices may still be sent.
Children and changes
ExamPath Pro is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date on this page. For privacy questions, contact privacy@exampath.online.
